Remove Gated ASINs from CSV
Upload a CSV. The tool will find the ASIN column, detect Amazon.ca / Amazon.com from Amazon URLs when possible, remove duplicate ASINs, and keep only ungated ASINs. Jobs continue on Railway even if you close this page.
Check Gating for Active Leads
What this checks: The app checks each unique active Amazon marketplace + ASIN combination at most once per 7 days. If an ASIN was successfully checked within the last 7 days, it is skipped. If the same ASIN appears on several active lead rows in the same marketplace, it is checked once and that result is applied to all of those rows.
What gets rechecked: New ASINs, ASINs never checked before, and ASINs whose last successful gating check is 7 or more days old. Archived leads are excluded.
After the check: Successful results update the Gated status and Last Gated Updated timestamp in Supabase. If the gating service reports errors, affected non-ungated rows are left unchanged rather than being incorrectly marked gated. You can close this window; the job continues on Railway.

A lead turns green when all these checks pass: it is confirmed in stock, confirmed ungated, and meets both the minimum profit and minimum ROI below. Canadian leads must also have a positive 90-day average sales rank at or below their category cutoff. Being on sale alone does not qualify a lead.
Canadian category rank cutoffs
Maximum 90-day average sales rank for Amazon.ca. A blank cutoff, missing rank, or unrecognized category prevents green highlighting for that Canadian lead. These checks affect highlighting; leads stay in the list. Rank cutoffs and profit/ROI highlighting thresholds are saved in this browser; they do not sync between devices.
