A2A Flips Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of A2A Flips and A2A Pro (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Does

A2A Flips provides sourcing research tools and data intended to help Amazon sellers identify and evaluate potential resale opportunities. The Service may include product data, estimated profit and ROI, historical pricing information, sales activity indicators, filters, notes, favorites, alerts, and other research features.

2. Sourcing Decisions Are Your Responsibility

The Service provides research information only. We do not guarantee that any lead will be profitable, available, eligible for resale, authentic, unrestricted, or suitable for your account. Prices, fees, sales rank, availability, restrictions, taxes, duties, shipping costs, and marketplace conditions can change at any time. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own purchasing, selling, tax, legal, and business decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to your account unless we expressly permit it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent a future charge. Price changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, systematically copy, redistribute, resell, republish, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, use automated means to extract substantial portions of the lead feed, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service may rely on or link to third-party platforms and data sources, including Amazon and other service providers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Third-party changes, outages, restrictions, or data errors may affect the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business research. It does not give you ownership of the Service or permission to redistribute our lead feed or software.

8. Availability and Changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, or fitness of any lead, calculation, data point, or feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost inventory value, lost sales, or business interruption arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, abuse, security, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
